摘要
为研究高速铁路软弱围岩隧道机械化大断面施工工法的经济性与适应性,本文依托郑万高铁楚烽隧道、保康隧道、新华隧道不同围岩级别现场机械化大断面施工的定额测定成果,并结合新工艺工法下设计理念及工程措施优化所造成的工程量差,与现行常规机械化施工工法进行经济性对比分析,得出高速铁路软弱围岩隧道机械化大断面施工工法的适应性范围。
This paper focuses on the the economy and adaptability of mechanized large section construction method of high-speed railwaysoft surrounding rock tunnel.The quota measurement results of on-site mechanized large section construction technology in different grade surrounding rock of CHUFENG Tunnel,BAOKANG Tunnel and XINHUA Tunnel on Zheng-Wan High-speed Railway areselected.The design concept and engineering measures under the new process method optimization caused by the engineering quantity difference,and the economic comparison and analysis with the current conventional mechanized construction method areshown in this paper.The adaptability range of mechanized large section construction method for soft surrounding rock tunnel of high-speed railway is obtained.
