摘要
随着社会经济的发展和绿色出行的倡导,共享单车的服务应运而生。共享单车是政府与城市、地铁站、公交站等多方合作提供的自行车租赁服务。文章将梳理共享单车在城市公共管理中所存在的问题,从立法与实践两方面入手,对政府监管情况加以介绍,对政府的监管行为做出客观公正的评价,结合潜藏于其中的问题,有针对性地提出优化策略。
With the development of social economy,more and more people like green travel.At the same time,the service of sharing bicycles emerges as the times require.Sharing bicycles is a bicycle rental service provided by the government in cooperation with enterprises such as cities,residential areas,bus stations and subway stations.This paper will sort out the problems existing in the public management of shared bicycles,describe the situation of government supervision in legislation and practice,evaluate the guidance and supervision of the government,and through analysis,put forward suggestions on the supervision of the government.
