摘要
针对全日制专业硕士培养过程中产教融合所存在的问题,在分析培养模式改革思路的基础上,以物流工程与管理领域为例,提出了"四阶段递进,全过程融合"的物流工程与管理专业硕士培养模式,并以浙江万里学院的实践进行实证分析,对我国专业硕士研究生培养推进产教融合进行了探索。
To solve the problems in the process of full-time professional master training in production-education fusion environment,based on the analysis of reform thinking of full-time professional master training,this paper put forward a'four step progressive and fusion with the whole process'full-time professional master training mode with the institute of industry characteristics for logistics engineering and management field.On this basis,the practice of full-time professional master training for logistics engineering and management field in Zhejiang Wanli university was studied,and which has a positive significance for the reform of production-education fusion in full-time professional master training.
