摘要
BIM技术在建筑施工管理中的应用非常广泛,由于BIM技术具有强大的信息集成和信息处理能力,并且能够将系统内信息进行实时共享,这就意味着该技术能够在建筑施工管理中发挥强大的数字化信息管理能力,这对于现代化装配式建筑的施工管理具有极强现实意义,加之装配式建筑工程在施工过程中对于施工管理的要求相较于传统建筑工程更高,所需应对的管理信息也更加复杂,这更能凸显了BIM技术在信息数字化方面的优势和作用,并且BIM技术具有强大的信息可视化能力,能够以系统内信息完成复杂的模型建立工作,使各种建筑信息能够以三维立体模型的形式呈献给施工管理人员,这进一步加强了施工管理人员对于整个施工过程的掌控和管理能力。
