摘要
现阶段,随着建筑行业的不断发展,装配式建筑的数量越来越多,该类建筑具备制约因素少、人力成本低等优势,能够强化施工质量。论文根据以往工作经验,对装配式建筑施工技术的应用优势进行总结,并从预制梁和柱的生产制造、预制内剪力墙施工技术、预制构件吊装、预制叠合板安装施工技术4方面,论述了装配式建筑施工技术在建筑工程施工管理中的应用。
At present stage, with the continuous development of the construction industry, the number of prefabricated buildings is increasing. This kind of buildings has the advantages of fewer constraints and low labor costs, which can strengthen the construction quality.Based on past experience, this paper summarized the application advantages of technology of prefabricated building construction, and from the production of the precast beams and columns and prefabricated shear wall construction technology, prefabricated hoisting, prefabricated composite plate installation construction technology of four aspects, this paper discusses the prefabricated building construction technology in the application of the construction project construction management.
