花序整形和无核处理对‘阳光玫瑰’葡萄果实品质的影响

摘要 以3年生‘阳光玫瑰’葡萄为试材,在初花期进行花序整形,保留穗尖4 cm、4.5 cm、5 cm 3个处理。花期结束后3 d,对保留穗尖5 cm的果穗浸蘸赤霉素(GA3)12.5 mg/L、25 mg/L、50 mg/L处理无核,研究不同穗尖长度和赤霉素浓度对果实品质的影响。结果表明,保留穗尖5 cm结合25 mg/L GA3处理无核的果实综合品质最佳。 The cluster of three years old‘Shine Muscat’grape were pruned to the tip length of the floral clusters 4 cm,4.5 cm,5 cm and cut off the other parts,at the initial flowering.In order to explore the effects of inflorescence length and concentration of gibberellin(GA3)on fruit quality,the fruit clusters with the length of 5 cm were dipped in GA312.5 mg/L,25 mg/L,50mg/L at 3 days after anthesis for seedless treatment.The results showed that the fruit quality of fruit clusters with the length of 5 cm which treated with GA325 mg/L was the best.
