摘要
[目的]研究不同花穗整形长度对‘魏可’葡萄果实品质的影响,以期为生产实践提供依据。[方法]以‘魏可’葡萄为试验材料,开花前7 d分别留花穗穗尖的3、5、7 cm,疏除花穗其余部分,并以不整穗作为对照,测定果实纵横径、果形指数、单果重、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸等指标。[结果]不同花穗整形长度可在一定程度上提高‘魏可’葡萄成熟果实的果实品质,对可滴定酸含量无显著影响。其中,保留花穗尖5 cm能显著增加果实纵横径、果实单果重,提高可溶性固形物含量,且能保持魏可的果形不变。[结论]保留花穗尖5 cm为‘魏可’葡萄花穗最适整形长度。
[Objective] The aim was to study the effects of different lengths of floral cluster by pruning on fruit qualities of Wink grape,and provide a scientific basis for grape production.[Method] The material of this study was Wink grape,only remained the tip of the grape floral clusters 3,5 and 7 cm,and cut off the other parts 7 days before the florescence,and used the clusters without cutting as the control.[Result]The treatments of 3,5 and 7 cm were all better than the control in fruit qualities.But there was no significant difference in the titratable acid content.The treatment of 5 cm significantly increased the length and diameter of berry,the every berry weight and the total soluble solids content.And it could keep the index of fruit shape.[Conclusion] It was recommended that the grape floral clusters pruned to 5 cm was applied in production.
