摘要
目的了解新医改下医患关系紧张背景下,急诊科医护人员的身心健康情况存在何种变化,总结并分析影响健康的因素机制,为提高健康水平提供有效措施。方法通过问卷调查和访谈的形式,以广西中医药大学第一附属医院急诊科100名医护人员为对象(A组),并与非急诊科医护人员(B组)进行比较SCL-90量表和人体5大系统主要阳性症状评分情况。结果A组心理健康测试量表(SCL-90)中躯体化、强迫症、抑郁、焦虑及饮食睡眠情况的评分均明显高于B组,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);在循环、呼吸、内分泌三大系统阳性症状方面比较,A组均明显高于B组(均P<0.05),且呼吸系统所占比例达73.68%;颈椎病发病率在A组的所占比例高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过国家政策支持,营造良好的执业环境以及增强自我适应能力,提高身心素质,减轻其心理压力,从而提高急诊科医护人员的健康水平,为更好地缓和医患紧张关系打下良好基础,同时也有利于医院的稳定和发展。
Objective To understand the changes of physical and mental health of emergency medical staff in the context of doctor-patient tension under the new medical reform,summarize and analyze the health factors and mechanisms,and finally provide effective measures to improve their health level.Methods 100 medical staff in the emergency department of the first affiliated hospital of Guangxi university of traditional Chinese medicine were compared with non-emergency medical staff through questionnaire survey and interview.Results The scores of somatization,obsessive-compulsive disorder,depression,anxiety and diet and sleep in the mental health test scale(scl-90)of medical personnel in the emergency department were significantly higher than that of non-medical personnel in the emergency department(P<0.05).The positive symptoms of circulation,respiration and endocrine system were significantly higher than those of non-emergency medical staff,and the proportion of respiratory system reached 73.68%.The proportion of cervical spondylosis in emergency department is the highest.Conclusion Through the national policy support,and create a good environment for practice,and strengthen their ability to adapt and improve the quality of body and mind two aspects,gradually improve the health level of emergency department nurses,to better defuse doctor-patient relationship between lay a good foundation,but also conducive to the stability and development of hospital.
