摘要
为了更好地理解企业五年战略规划的重要性以及操作性,首先对战略规划的基本内涵进行了阐述,其次对企业五年战略规划的主要结构与内容进行了说明,第三梳理了企业五年战略规划的编制步骤以及主要工作内容,以期为企业编制五年战略规划提供指导。
In order to better understand the importance and operability of the five-year strategic planning of an enterprise,firstly,the basic connotation of the strategic planning is described,secondly,the main structure and content of the five-year strategic planning of an enterprise are described,thirdly,the preparation steps and main work contents of the five-year strategic planning of an enterprise are combed,in order to provide guidance for the preparation of the five-year strategic planning of an enterprise.
