摘要
制备了砂浆裂缝自修复剂环氧微胶囊,研究了不同微胶囊掺量下,砂浆在不同龄期的力学性能以及砂浆预压损伤后抗压强度7 d自修复效果.试验结果表明:微胶囊的掺入影响了砂浆强度,随着微胶囊掺量的增加,砂浆的抗折强度和抗压强度均降低,且对抗压强度影响更大.砂浆抗压强度的7 d修复率会随着养护龄期的增长而不断下降;微胶囊掺量为3%时砂浆抗压强度的修复效果最好.在养护龄期为7 d时,对照组砂浆抗压强度的7 d修复效果最好;而养护龄期为28 d时,则对照组砂浆抗压强度的7 d修复效果最差.
Epoxy microcapsules,the self-healing agent for the mortar crack,were prepared by using epoxy as healing agent and polyurea as capsule wall.Through adding different dosage microcapsules,the mechanical properties of the mortar were investigated at different curing ages.At the same time,the degrees of self-healing of the pre-compression damage mortar spacimens were studied after they were recovered for 7 days.The test results show that the microcapsules affect the strength of the mortar.The flexural strength and compressive strength of the mortar decrease with the dosage of microcapsules increasing.When the curing age of mortar increases,the degree of self-healing of the pre-compression damage mortar spacimen decreases after it recovering for 7 days.The self-healing effect of mortar is the best when the dosage of microcapsules is 3%.The self-healing effect of CL0 in the control group is the best when the curing age of the mortar is 7 days.But it is the worst in the control group when the curing age is 28 days.
