摘要
在洪都大桥南支桥主塔承台施工中对混凝土水化热进行现场温度监控,连续测试了混凝土凝结过程中产生的水化热温度变化,得到监测结果.结合现场监测采取温度控制的综合措施,杜绝了主塔承台产生混凝土裂缝的现象.
In the construction of the main tower abutment of Hongdu south branch bridge,the site temperature monitoring control was exercised over the concrete hydration heat.The monitoring results were accomplished by continuously testing the temperature variations of hydration heat in the setting process of concrete.On the basis of the site monitoring,comprehensive temperature controlling measures were taken,thus averting the appearance of concrete cracks in the main tower abutment.
