摘要
目的探讨长春地区性病门诊患者人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染状况及亚型分布特点。方法收集2018年10月至2019年3月于吉林大学第一医院性病门诊就诊的939例患者,其中男性306例,女性633例,年龄15-71岁。采用凯普检测试剂盒对样本进行HPV检测和基因分型。结果939例患者标本中,共检出HPV DNA阳性447例,阳性率为47.60%,其中女性阳性率为57.0%,男性阳性率为28.1%,女性HPV检出率明显高于男性,两者差异有统计学意义(χ^2=69.196,P<0.05)。HPV基因型检测中,低危型以HPV6和HPV11亚型感染率最高,分别为12.99%、10.22%,高危型前4位的亚型依次是HPV16(8.31%),HPV52(6.92%)、HPV51(5.75%)、HPV58(5.54%)。在447例HPV DNA阳性标本中,HPV单一感染占所有感染的55.93%;多重感染占所有感染的44.07%,其中以二重感染最多,占多重感染的52.79%。本研究中<20岁年龄组HPV感染率最高,为64.45%。结论长春地区性病门诊女性HPV检出率明显高于男性;低危型以HPV6和HPV11为主,高危型以HPV16、HPV52、HPV51、HPV58为主;感染特征以单一型感染为主;多重感染中以二重感染为主。
Objective To investigate the infection status and subtype distribution characteristics of human papillomavirus(HPV)in patients of STDs in Changchun.Methods A total of 939 patients were admitted to the STD clinic of the First Hospital of Jilin University from October 2018to March 2019,including 306males and 633females,aged 15to 71years.The samples were subjected to HPV detection and genotyping using Kybribio test kit.Results A total of 447 HPV DNA positive samples were detected in 939patient samples,the positive rate was 47.60%,including 57.0% female positive rate and 28.1%male positive rate.The detection rate of female HPV was significantly higher than that of male,statistical significance(χ^2=69.196,P<0.05).Among the HPV genotypes,the low-risk type had the highest rate of HPV6and HPV11,12.99%and 10.22%,respectively.The top four subtypes of high-risk type were HPV16(8.31%),HPV52(6.92%)、HPV51(5.75%)、HPV58(5.54%).Among 447HPV DNA-positive specimens,HPV single subtype infection accounted for 55.93%of all infections;multiple infections accounted for 44.07%of all infections,of which the two HPV types was the most,accounting for 52.79% of multiple infections.In this study,the HPV infection rate was the highest in the<20-year-old group,which was 64.45%.Conclusion The detection rate of HPV in women in STD clinics in Changchun was significantly higher than that in men.The low-risk type was mainly HPV6and HPV11,and the high-risk type was HPV16,HPV52,HPV51and HPV58.The infection characteristics were single subtype infection;multiple infections are mainly double infection.
