摘要
将人力资源管理理论嵌入高校创新创业教育,能够推进高校创新创业教育改革,提升高校创新创业人才培养质量。应用社会嵌入理论,从认知嵌入、技术嵌入和关系嵌入分析人力资源管理理论嵌入高校创新创业教育的内在逻辑。提出人力资源管理理论通过认知主体层面、教学技术层面和组织建设层面的路径,实现培养大学生创新创业意识和人格特质、激发创新创业激情并合理规划创业职业生涯、塑造创新创业团队和校园文化的目的。
Embedding the theory of human resource management into innovation-entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities can promote the reform of innovation-entrepreneurship education and improve the quality of innovation-entrepreneurship talent training.By applying social embedding theory,this paper analyzes the internal logic that human resource management theory is embedded in innovation-entrepreneurship education from the perspective of cognitive embedding,technological embedding and relational embedding.Finally the paper proposes the realization path of human resource management theory embedded in innovation-entrepreneurship education through the cognitive subject level,the teaching-technology level and organizational construction level,which cultivate the innovation-entrepreneurship consciousness and personality traits of college students,inspire innovation-entrepreneurship passion and reasonable plan entrepreneurial career,shape innovation-entrepreneurship teams and campus-culture,in order to deepen the quality development results of the innovation-entrepreneurship education.
