摘要
运用文献资料法等,阐释党建工作引领体育社会组织发展的内在逻辑与实现路径。党建工作引领体育社会组织发展的动因逻辑:坚持党的领导是体育社会组织发展的根本保证;目标逻辑:党建目标与体育社会组织发展目标同心同向同行;功能逻辑:党建的政治优势转化为体育社会组织治理效能;行为逻辑:党建工作引领体育社会组织融入共建共治共享社会治理格局。面对党组织数量覆盖不均衡、党组织作用发挥不全面与党组织建设保障不到位的困境,提出实现路径:加强党对体育社会组织的全面领导,促进党建引领和实现体育社会组织功能驱动,提升体育社会组织治理能力,推动体育社会组织融入共建共治共享社会治理格局。
By using the method of literature review,this article analyzed the inner logic and realization path of the development of sports social organization under the Party building.The motivation logic of sports social organizations'development under the Party building is to insist that the leadership of the Party is the fundamental guarantee of the development of sports social organizations.The goal logic is that the goal of the Party building goes in step with the development goal of sports social organization.The function logic is that the political advantages of the Party building are transformed into the governance eff ectiency of sports social organizations.The action logic is that the Party building work leads sports social organizations to integrate into the pattern of co-construction,co-governance and sharing of social governance.In view of the uneven coverage of the Party organization number,incomplete functions of the Party organizations and lack of guarantees for the Party organizations construction,this article proposed the following realization paths:We should strengthen the Party's overall leadership over sports social organizations,promote the leadership of the Party building and realize the function drive of sports social organizations,enhance the governance capability of sports social organizations,and improve sports social organizations integrating into social governance pattern of co-construction,co-governance and sharing.
