摘要
随着标准化病人在中国医学教育中应用与推广,越来越多的医学院校及医院认识到标准化病人在医学教育中的优势和价值,但是目前标准化病人的招募、培训、管理和质量评价尚未在国内形成标准化建设规范。目前我国的标准化病人以兼职为主,标准化病人队伍建设中往往面临人员数量与构成、管理体制与成本及教育教学质量等诸多方面的问题。文章通过分析目前我国标准化病人队伍建设的困境,并结合近年来滨州医学院附属医院标准化病人队伍建设经验,为广大医学院校和医院标准化病人队伍建设提出对策,旨在提升医学教育中标准化病人队伍水平和稳定性。
As the application and promotion of standardized patients in medical education in China,more and more medical colleges and hospitals have realized the advantages and values of standardized patients in medical education,while the recruitment,training,management and quality evaluation of standardized patients have not formed construction standards and specifications in China.At present,standardized patients in China is mainly based on part-time job.The construction of the standardized patients is often faced with the number and composition of personnel,management systems and costs,the quality of education and many other problems.Based on the analysis of the difficulties in the construction of standardized patient teams in China and the experience of the Binzhou Medical University Hospital in recent years,this study puts forward countermeasure including new views and methods for the construction of standardized patient teams in medical colleges and hospitals,and improving the level and stability of standardized patient teams in medical education.
