摘要
目的探讨美托洛尔联合厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗老年重症心力衰竭临床疗效。方法选取2016年4月-2019年5月于我院收治的的老年患者62例,随机归类对照组与观察组,两组例数均为31例。结果对照组和观察组总有效率分别为74.19%和93.55%,对照组显著低于观察组,且有统计学差异(P <0.05)。观察组在心功能相关指标B型脑钠肽、左室射血分数等方面现显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论美托洛尔联合厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗老年重症心力衰竭疗效确切,可能通过减低血清B型脑钠肽来改善患者心功能。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of metoprolol combined with irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of elderly patients with severe heart failure.Methods 62 elderly patients admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to May 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 31 cases in each group.Results The total effective rates of the control group and the observation group were 74.19%and 93.55%respectively,which were significantly lower than those of the observation group(P<0.05).The B-type brain natriuretic peptide and left ventricular ejection fraction in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol combined with irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide is effective in the treatment of elderly patients with severe heart failure,which may improve cardiac function by reducing serum B-type brain natriuretic peptide.
