摘要
长江流域是我国重要的矿产资源地,不合理的矿产资源开发对长江两岸的生态环境造成了严重影响。青藏高原、横断山区和云贵高原是主要的生态环境脆弱区,频繁采矿等人类活动造成的生态破坏较难恢复和抚育。横断山区、云贵高原和武陵山区地质灾害广泛发育,不合理采矿工程建设会进一步加剧地质灾害发育条件。四川盆地、武陵山区和长江中下游平原水资源丰富,分布着重要的国家自然保护区,是生态环境敏感区,矿产资源开发引起的水土污染威胁沿线保护动物的生存繁衍和居民的身体健康。随着国家一系列政策出台,长江流域生态环境保护修复统筹规划、多措并举,逐渐由被动的恢复型环境治理向发展型环境保护和开发方向转变。
The Yangtze river basin is an important area of mineral resource in China.Unreasonable exploitation of mineral resources has seriously affected the ecological environment on both sides of the Yangtze river.The Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,Hengduan Mountains and Yuannan-Guizhou Plateau are the main fragile environmental area,the ecological environment of which is difficult to restore and nurture once destroyed.Geological hazards are widely developed in Hengduan Mountains,Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau and Wuling Mountains.Thus unreasonable mining engineering construction can further aggravate the development conditions of geological disasters.Sichuan Basin,Wuling Mountains and the Middle-Lower Yangtze Plain has plenty of water resources and important national nature protection zones are widely distributed in these area.They are the environmental sensitive areas and soil and water pollution caused by mining in the areas has threatened the survival and procreation of animals and the health of residents along the river.With the release of a series of national policies,ecological environmental protection and restoration of Yangtze river basin is planned as a whole and conducted by various measures,leading to the fact that it is gradually developing from passive restorative environmental governance to developmental environmental protection and exploitation direction.
