摘要
目的探讨色甘萘甲那敏鼻喷雾剂联合布地奈德对过敏性鼻炎(AR)患儿免疫功能的影响。方法选取2016年8月至2019年7月我院收治的60例AR患儿作为研究对象,随机分为两组各30例。对照组予以布地奈德治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上予以色甘萘甲那敏鼻喷雾剂治疗。比较两组的临床疗效以及治疗前后的免疫功能。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为96.67%,显著高于对照组的73.33%(P <0.05)。治疗前,两组的IgA、 IgE水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗14 d后,观察组的IgA水平显著高于对照组,IgE水平显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论色甘萘甲那敏鼻喷雾剂联合布地奈德治疗AR患儿疗效显著,可有效改善患儿的免疫功能。
Objective To explore the effect of ShunTuoMin combined with budesonide on the immune function of children with allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods 60 children with AR admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to July 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide,and the observation group was treated with ShunTuoMin on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,and the immune function before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of observation group was 96.67%,significantly higher than 73.33%of control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,no significant difference was found in the levels of IgA and IgE between two groups(P>0.05);After 14 days of treatment,the level of IgA of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the level of IgE was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions ShunTuoMin combined with budesonide in the treatment of children with AR has significant efficacy,and can effectively improve children's immune function.
