摘要
目的探讨顺妥敏联合丙酸氟替卡松治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎(AR)的临床疗效。方法选取医院门诊2017年3月至2018年3月收治的AR患儿95例,按随机数字表法分为观察组(48例)和对照组(47例)。两组患儿均给予丙酸氟替卡松治疗,观察组患儿加用顺妥敏治疗,均治疗2周。结果观察组总有效率为95. 83%,明显高于对照组的82. 98%(P <0. 05);治疗后,两组患者的症状评分、体征评分、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、白细胞介素4(IL-4)及白细胞介素17(IL-17)水平均明显低于治疗前,白细胞介素10(IL-10)水平明显高于治疗前,且观察组均明显优于对照组(P <0. 05);两组不良反应发生率相当(14. 58%比8. 51%,P> 0. 05)。结论顺妥敏联合丙酸氟替卡松治疗小儿AR疗效较好,安全性较高,可有效改善症状指标、体征指标、免疫功能及炎性指标。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shuntuomin combined with fluticasone propionate in the treatment of allergic rhinitis( AR) in children. Methods Totally 95 children patients with AR admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected and divided into the observation group( 48 cases) and the control group( 47 cases) according to the random number table method. The chidren patients in the two groups were treated with fluticasone propionate,on this basis,the children patients in the observation group were treated with Shuntuomin. Both groups were treated for 2 weeks. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95. 83%,which was significantly higher than 82. 98% of the control group( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the symptom score,signs score,the levels of immunoglobulin E( IgE),interleukin-4( IL-4) and interleukin-17( IL-17) in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the level of interleukin-10( IL-10) in the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment,and those in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was similar( 14. 58% vs. 8. 51%,P > 0. 05). Conclusion Shuntuomin combined with fluticasone propionate is effective and safe in the treatment of children patients with AR. It can effectively improve symptom indexes,signs indexes,immune function and inflammatory indicators.
