摘要
用PCR和序列分析等方法对从湖南湘潭某猪场送检的6份仔猪内脏和肠系膜淋巴结进行鉴定,同时进行细菌的分离、培养、鉴定。结果发现,所有样品中均检出猪流行性腹泻病毒(PEDV),序列分析发现为PEDV变异株;样品中均检出产气荚膜梭菌(魏氏梭菌)。病猪被诊断为PEDV与魏氏梭菌混合感染。采用PEDV疫苗紧急接种及综合防治措施后,疫情得到了有效控制。
The visceral and mesenteric lymph nodes of 6 piglets from Xiangtan,Hunan were identified by PCR and sequence analysis,and the bacteria were isolated,cultured cand identifed at the same time.The results showed that sequence of swine diarrhea virus(PEDV)were found in all samples.It was diagnosed as mixed infection of PEDV and Clostridium welchii.After cured with PEDV vaccine and other comprehensive measures,the epidemic was controlled effectively.
