摘要
邯郸市成安县康源养殖场新进仔猪出现发病情况。发病猪体温升高,表现共济失调,前冲、后退或转圈运动等神经症状。根据临床症状、剖检变化、实验室诊断,判断为仔猪伪狂犬病与附红细胞体病混合感染,通过紧急接种猪伪狂犬基因缺失活疫苗,使用干扰素、三氮脒、多西环素等药物控制病情。经治疗,15头发病猪,死亡3头,其余痊愈。猪群健康状况趋于稳定,未出现新的病例。该文主要论述仔猪伪狂犬病与附红细胞体病混合感染诊治过程。
A new piglet was found sick at Kangyuan farm in Cheng'an county,Handan.Hyperthermia,ataxia,forward thrust,backward or circular motion and other neurological symptoms.According to the clinical symptoms,changes in autopsy and laboratory diagnosis,it was concluded that the piglets were infected with pseudorabies and eperythrozoonosis,and the live vaccine of pseudorabies gene deletion was urgently inoculated,the use of interferon,triazamidine,doxycycline and other drugs to control the disease.After treatment,15 pigs were infected,3 pigs died and the rest were cured.The health status of the pigs is stable and no new cases have been reported.This paper mainly discusses the diagnosis and treatment of mixed infection of pseudorabies and eperythrozoonosis in piglets.
