摘要
DNA是生物遗传信息的主要携带者,分离和检测DNA是生物学研究的重要组成部分。本文综述了近年来关于DNA的分离方法,如微纳毛细管的流体动力色谱、物理方法富集分离、微纳米磁颗粒分离富集及电泳芯片分离DNA等方法。
DNA is the main carrier of biological genetic information.The isolation and detection of DNA are an important part of biological research.In this article,recent DNA separation methods were reviewed,such as micro-nanocapillary hydrodynamic chromatography,physical method enrichment and separation,micro nanometer magnetic particle separation and enrichment,electrophoresis chip separation and so on.
