摘要
通过分析O型橡胶密封圈的结构特点及性能要求,设计了45°分型面硫化模具;该型模具飞边设置避开了密封圈密封工作面;模芯采用浮动结构实现了每组模芯型面自动定位,消除了多腔模具制造误差导致的型腔错位;型腔沿模具周向无余胶槽设计,实现了O型橡胶密封圈无飞边一次成型;采用合叶结构设计,实现了一侧翻转开模/合模操作工序。结果表明,模具结构设计合理,成型制品尺寸稳定且外观质量好。
The vulcanizing mold with 45° mold-meeting surface was designed by analyzing the structure characteristic and performence requirements of rubber O-ring.The design position of flash kept away from the working surface of rubber O-ring.The working surface of each core could be positioned automatically by using the structure of floating mold cores,the cavity dislocation caused by manufacturing error of multi-cavity mold was eliminated.The flow grooves were not designed around the cavity of the mold,the single-step building of rubber O-ring without flash was achieved.The operation processes of the mold opening and mold closing of retroflexion was achieved at one side by using the design structure of hinge.The actual production verified that the structure of the mold was reasonable,the sizes of the products were stable and the apparence was good.
