摘要
以设计梳子模具为研究对象,从浇注系统、冷却系统、排气系统等方面详细讲解了设计要点;又在CAD软件中建立了梳子立体模型,导入到CAE分析软件中,划分网格、设置分析类型、选择成型材料参数等,经过计算,得出了模具设计的浇口最佳位置,同时又在软件中建立了一模四腔模型,通过计算分析,得到了梳子的注塑成型有限元分析结果,对结果进行了必要的分析,得到了梳子模具设计的合理性,对多腔模具设计有很好的参考价值。
In this paper,taking the designed comb mold as the research object,the design key points are explained in detail from the aspects of the pouring system,cooling system,exhaust system,etc.;the three-dimensional model of comb is established in CAD software,which is then imported into the CAE analysis software to divide grids,set analysis types,and select molding material parameters;through the calculation,the optimal gate position of mold design is obtained,and a model with four cavities is also built in the software.Through calculation and analysis,the finite element analysis results of the injection molding of the comb are obtained;the necessary analysis of the result is then conducted to obtain the rationality of the design for the comb die.It has great reference value for the design of multi-cavity die.
