摘要
针对国内高炉炉顶爆炸事故,剖析该类事故的发生原因,应用系统安全工程的事故树分析方法,找出影响导致高炉炉顶爆炸伤人事故的基本事件,建立事故树图,进行定性分析,得出导致该类事故发生的条件.基于处置异常炉况过程的特殊性,结合行业安全规范,提出预防和控制发生炉顶爆炸的对策建议,以期杜绝此类事故的发生.
In view of blast furnace top explosion accidents in China,the causes of such accidents are analyzed.The accident tree analysis method of system safety engineering is applied,the basic events affecting the explosion of blast furnace tops are found,the accident tree map is established,the qualitative analysis is carried out,and the conditions leading to such accidents are obtained.Based on the particularity of the process of disposing of abnormal furnace conditions,combined with the industry safety norms,the countermeasures for preventing and controlling the explosion of furnace roofs are put forward with a view to eliminating such accidents.
