摘要
应用"事故树——层次分析法"对在高炉进风装置中应用广泛的波纹补偿器失效事故进行了定量分析,结合绘制波纹补偿器失效事故树,得到材料质量、机械损伤等缺陷和由于化学侵蚀、气体冲刷、磨损等造成的耐火内衬损坏是波纹补偿器失效的主要原因。为提高波纹补偿器的可靠性,应从波纹补偿器结构设计、材料选择、生产及运输质量管理体系方面下功夫。
The fault tree analysis and analytic hierarchy process(FTA-AHP) method was used in this paper to analyze quantitative failure accidents of the corrugated compensator,which was widely used in the blast furnace air inlet device.According to the fault tree of corrugated compensator failure,a conclusion could be drawn that the main reasons for the failure were defects,such as material quality and mechanical damage,and damages of the refractory lining,which were caused by chemical erosion,gas scour and abrasion.In order to improve the reliability of the corrugated compensator,great efforts should be made in structure design,material selection,production and the quality management system of transportation.
