摘要 为实现有机肥撒施机撒肥量的精准调节,实时监控撒肥作业情况,设计基于FPGA的有机肥撒施机控制系统。以FPGA芯片为控制核心,利用转速、位移传感器采集数据,通过液压系统控制输肥链板转速、挡肥板开口高度,研究T-S模糊神经网络控制算法,实现撒肥量的精准控制。设计控制系统操作界面,通过触控显示屏可设置作业参数,显示作业速度、作业面积、撒肥量、转速、堵塞报警等。集成多个监控装置,向机手实时显示撒肥作业情况和肥料箱内情况。试验表明,该控制系统可有效监控撒肥作业情况,撒肥量控制偏差小于10.0%,人机交互好,系统稳定性高。 In order to realize the precise adjustment of the fertilizer spreading rate of the organic fertilizer spreader and monitor the spreading operation in real time,an organic fertilizer spreader control system based on FPGA was designed.The control system was used an FPGA chip as the control core,collected data using rotational speed and displacement sensors,controlled the speed of the chain of the fattening chain and the height of the opening of the fender through a hydraulic system,and studied the T-S fuzzy neural network control algorithm to achieve precise control of the amount of fertilizer spread.The operation interface of the control system was designed,and the operation parameters could be set through the touch screen,which displayed the information such as operation speed,area,fertilizer application rate,rotation speed,and jam alarm.It was integrated multiple monitoring devices to display the operator real-time spreading operations and the condition in the fertilizer box.The field test results showed that the control system could effectively monitor the spreading operation,the deviation of the spreading amount control was less than 10.0%,the humancomputer interaction was good,and the system had high stability.
