摘要
随着集装箱运输船舶日益向大型化发展,岸边集装箱起重机的高度也需适应新形势的要求。为此,研制出一套链板顶升式岸边集装箱起重机抬高装置。为了适应市场旺盛的加高需求,弥补第一代抬高装置在使用范围上的不足,有效提高装置的适应性,又开发了一套适用范围更广、加高效率更高的一种全新的钢绞线式新型岸边集装箱起重机抬高装置,并就技术内容、设计计算、具体实施方式等进行了详细叙述。
As container transport ships are increasingly developing towards large scale, the height of quayside container cranes also needs to adapt to the requirements of the new situation. For this reason, we have developed a set of lifting device for chain plate lifting quayside container crane. To meet the market demand for heightening, make up for the shortage of the first generation of lifting devices in the scope of use, and effectively improve the adaptability of the devices, we have developed a new steel strand lifting device for a new quayside container crane with wider scope of application and higher efficiency, and described in detail the technical content, design calculation, specific implementation methods, etc.
