摘要
目的观察使用消旋山莨菪碱滴眼液联合揿针针刺耳穴对青少年近视患者的疗效。方法将2018年06月至2019年10月在扬州市中医院眼科门诊就诊的60例(117只患眼)青少年近视患者随机分为对照组(57只眼)及揿针组(60只眼);对照组予消旋山莨菪碱滴眼液滴眼,每晚一次;揿针组在对照组的基础上再行耳穴揿针疗法,选双耳肝、脾、肾、眼、目1、目2共十二穴,行揿针治疗,2天后取下,每周治疗2次,两组均治疗12周,治疗结束观察两组裸眼远视力和有效率。结果治疗后对照组和揿针组两组患者裸眼远视力较治疗前均显著提高(P<0.01)。治疗后揿针组患者裸眼视力及疗效较对照组均显著提高(P<0.01)。结论消旋山莨菪碱滴眼液联合耳穴揿针疗法可有效提高单纯性青少年近视患者裸眼远视力及疗效。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of compound tropicamide combined with Press needle on auricular points on juvenile myopia.Methods From June 2018 to october 2019,60 cases(117 eyes)of juvenile myopia in ophthalmic clinic of Yangzhou hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into two groups:control group(57 eyes)and Press needle group(60 eyes);control group was treated with compound tropicamide eye drops once a night;the Press needle group was treated with ear acupoint Press needle therapy on the basis of the control group,and binaural liver,spleen,kidney,eye,eye 1 and eye 2 twelve points in total were treated by pressing the needle.After 2 days,they were removed and treated twice a week.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.At the end of the treatment,the visual acuity and efficiency of the two groups were observed.Results Compared with the pre-treatment group,after the treatment,the patients in the control group and the Press needle group had a significant increase in their naked far vision(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the Press needle group had a significant increase in their naked vision and effective rate(P<0.01).Conclusion compound tropicamide combined with auricular point Press needle can effectively improve the naked far vision and curative effect of simple juvenile myopia.
