基于实验室条件的干旱胁迫下4个烤烟品种(系)的生理响应及抗旱性评价 被引量:2

摘要 为明确不同烤烟品种(系)苗期的耐旱性差异,进一步揭示烤烟幼苗对干旱胁迫的生理响应机制,选取洛阳烟区4个主栽烤烟品种(系)豫烟6号(Y6)、豫烟10号(Y10)、云烟87(Yun87)和LY1306为试验材料,在实验室条件下利用浓度10%、15%和20%的聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)模拟轻度、中度和重度干旱,研究不同干旱胁迫程度对4个烤烟品种(系)幼苗生长、活性氧代谢、抗氧化酶活性及光合荧光参数的影响,并采用隶属函数和主成分分析方法对参试烤烟品种(系)抗旱性进行评价.结果表明:不同烤烟品种(系)对干旱胁迫的生理响应表现出明显差异性;随着干旱胁迫程度的加剧,Y6的叶绿素相对含量(SPAD值)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、蒸腾速率(Tr)降幅最小;LY1306的生物量、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、净光合速率(Pn)、PSⅡ最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)降幅最小;Yun87的PSⅡ实际光化学效率(ΦPSⅡ)、光化学猝灭系数(qP)降幅最小;Y10的生物量、SPAD值、SOD活性、POD活性、CAT活性、Pn、Tr和Fv/Fm的降幅最大.通过隶属函数和主成分分析法综合评价结果显示,Y6和LY1306具有较强的抗旱能力,Yun87和Y10抗旱性较弱. To investigate the differences in drought resistance among different flue-cured tobacco cultivars(lines)and to further delineate the mechanism of tobacco seedlings’physiological response to drought stress,the impacts of drought stress on the seedling growth,reactive oxygen metabolism,antioxidant enzyme activity,and photosynthetic fluorescence parameters of four main flue-cured tobacco cultivars(lines),Yuyan6(Y6),Yuyan10(Y10),Yunyan87(Yun87)and LY1306,in Luoyang tobacco-growing areas were studied under laboratory conditions.Polyethylene glycol(PEG-6000)was used to simulate light(10%PEG-6000),moderate(15%PEG-6000)and severe(20%PEG-6000)drought stress,and the drought resistances of the four cultivars were evaluated with subordination function method and principal component analysis.The results showed that the physiological responses of different flue-cured tobacco cultivars(lines)to drought stress were significantly different.With the intensification of drought stress,Y6 presented the smallest decrease in relative chlorophyll content(SPAD value),superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity,catalase(CAT)activity and transpiration rate(Tr).LY1306 had the smallest drop in biomass,peroxidase(POD)activity,net photosynthetic rate(Pn)and maximal PSⅡquantum yield(Fv/Fm).Yun87 showed the smallest decrease in PSⅡactual photochemical efficiency(ΦPSⅡ)and photochemical quenching coefficient(qP).Y10 had the largest decrease in biomass,SPAD value,SOD activity,POD activity,CAT activity,Pn,Tr and Fv/Fm.The comprehensive assessment results from the subordination function method and principal component analysis indicated that the drought resistances of Y6 and LY1306 were stronger,while those of Yun87 and Y10 were weaker.
