摘要 针对我国临床医生使用目前国内已经上市的基础胰岛素中可能遇到的问题,以及目前我国使用基础胰岛素治疗的糖尿病患者达标率有待提高的现状,特撰写了本版基础胰岛素临床应用指导建议——三十三问,以问答的形式对基础胰岛素临床应用的常见问题进行解读,旨在为基础胰岛素的临床规范化使用、提高中国糖尿病治疗的整体血糖达标率和减少低血糖发生的风险、改善患者预后起到指导作用。
