摘要
T2DM患者随着病情进展,胰岛β细胞功能减退,需要进行胰岛素补充或替代治疗以达到有效的血糖控制。基础胰岛素作为2型糖尿病治疗的重要策略,在中国存在起始治疗较晚,起始剂量偏低且剂量调整不足等情况。为规范基础胰岛素在临床中的合理使用,中国专家基于最新的循证证据,共同制定此指导建议,对基础胰岛素常用临床方案的适用人群、起始方法、剂量调整方法等做出了推荐,以助于临床医生进一步改善糖尿病管理和血糖控制。
With the progression of type 2 diabetes and decline of beta-cell function,insulin should be used for better glucose control.Basal insulin is the important solution in diabetes treatment,but is initiated late and titrated insufficiently in Chinese clinical practice.For better diabetes management,Chinese experts develop this recommendation based on latest evidence to guide clinicians how to optimize basal insulin usage.
