摘要
目的:探究复方雷公藤汤最佳配比剂量的正交设计对肾病大鼠血液系统的减毒增效作用。方法:复制肾病模型后,将肾病模型大鼠随机分为9组,每组10只,连续灌服不同剂量配比的复方雷公藤汤14 d。增效方面以24 h尿蛋白定量为检测指标,对血液系统减毒以白细胞、血小板为检测指标。筛选出最佳剂量配比复方雷公藤汤。结果:影响血液系统毒性因素大小的排序,雷公藤>制何首乌>金钱草>甘草。影响24 h尿蛋白定量因素大小的排序,雷公藤>甘草>金钱草>制何首乌。结论:复方雷公藤汤治疗肾病以减低血液系统毒性为主,采用A3B1C3D2配比组成复方,治疗肾病以降低24 h尿蛋白为主,采用A1B3C3D3配比组成复方,两种配比复方均起到减毒增效作用。
Objective:To explore the attenuated and synergistic effects of the optimal proportion of compound Leigongteng decoction on the blood system of rats with nephropathy.Methods:After replicating the kidney disease model,the kidney disease model rats were randomly divided into nine groups,10 rats in each group,and the compound Leigongteng decoction with different dosage ratio was continuously administered for 14 days.24-hour urinary protein quantitative test was applied in synergy and the leukocytes and platelets were used for attenuate the blood system.The best dose-combination combination of compound Leigongteng decoction was screened out.Results:Ranking of factors affecting blood system,it can be seen from the visual analysis that the order of the influencing factors is Leigongteng(Tripterygium wilfordii)>Zhiheshouwu(Polygonum)>Jinqiangcao(Lysimachia christinae)>Gancao(Licorice).Ranking of quantitative factors affecting 24 h urine protein,it can be seen that the order of the influencing factors is Leigongteng(Tripterygium wilfordii)>Gancao(Licorice)>Jinqiangcao(Lysimachia christinae)>Zhiheshouwu(Polygonum).Conclusion:Compound Leigongteng decoction decoction is mainly used to reduce blood system toxicity in the treatment of nephropathy.It is compounded with A3B1C3D2.In the treatment of nephropathy,the urine protein is reduced by 24 hours.The combination of A1B3C3D3 is used to form a compound.Both compounds have attenuated and synergized effect.
