摘要
目的:建立测定蒙药材藤黄中5种重金属元素含量的方法(微波消解-ICP-MS)。方法:样品加硝酸经微波消解后,使用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定;测定模式He;Ni采样锥和截取锥;等离子体气流量:15 L·min^-1;载气流量:0.80 L·min^-1。结果:5种元素线性关系良好(r≥0.9995),Pb、Cd和As的质量浓度在0~50μg·L^-1范围内线性关系良好,检出限分别为0.020、0.012、0.035μg·L^-1;Cu的质量浓度在0~500μg·L^-1范围内线性关系良好,检出限为0.05μg·L^-1;Hg的质量浓度在0~5μg·L^-1范围内线性关系良好,检出限为0.007μg·L^-1。以柑橘叶为质控样测定5种元素含量,均在指定范围内。结论:该方法科学准确、灵敏度高,可有效控制蒙药材藤黄中重金属元素含量。
Objective:To establish a method using the microwavedigestion with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)for determining contents of five heavy metal elements in Mongolian medicine Gamboge.Methods:To determine contents of five heavy metal elements of Pb、Cd、As、Hg、Cu in Gamboge by ICP-MS directly after microwave digestion treatment of samples with nitric acid;Use the measurement of He mode;Ni sampling cone and Ni skimmer cone;with Plasma gas flow rate of 15 L·min^-1;and carrier gas flow rate of 0.80 L·min^-1.Results:The calibration curves of 5 heavy metal elements showed good linear relationship and the correlative coefficients(r)are more than 0.9995.The analytical curves were linear in the concentration range of 0~50μg·L^-1 for Pb、Cd、As,and the detection limits were 0.020、0.012、0.035μg·L^-1 respectively.The linear range of Cu is between 0~500μg·L^-1,with detection limit of 0.05μg·L^-1.The linear range of Hg is between 0~5μg·L^-1,with detection limit of 0.007μg·L^-1.The results of five kinds heavy metal elements in citrus leaf certified reference materials were within the specified range.Conclusion:This method is accurate,reliable,and could provide a reference for determination of heavy metal and hazardous elements in Mongolian medicine Gamboge.
