摘要
目的:了解中药提取物蟾毒灵(Bufalin)在相关生物学领域中的研究状况,总结蟾毒灵的抗肿瘤作用机制,旨在为进一步研究及应用提供参考。方法:通过对Web of Science数据库中检索所有发表的关于蟾毒灵(Bufalin)药物研究的文献,利用数据库网页统计功能及CiteSpace 5.2分析软件统计分析文献的发表年代,来源期刊及高频主题词分布情况,抗肿瘤作用机制的发文情况并进行聚类分析。结果:共筛选出465篇关于蟾毒灵的文章,从2014年后每年约40篇以上文章发表,其中发表在核心区期刊(文章数量大于5篇)的文章主要集中在21种杂志中,影响因子主要为2~3分。通过对文献的搜索,总结蟾毒灵具有诱导凋亡和分化、抑制增殖、抑制血管生成、逆转多药耐药、抑制侵袭的作用,其作用机制可以通过多条信号通路发挥作用,包括PI3K-AKT,Hedgehog,MAPK,JNK,Wnt/β-catenin,TGF-β/Smad,整合素信号途径,NF-κB信号通路。结论:通过对蟾毒灵的文献计量分析,可以揭示该领域的研究现状及热点,为进一步研究及应用提供一定的参考。
Objective:To understand the research status of Bufalin,an extract of traditional Chinese medicine,in the relevant biological fields,and to summarize the anti-tumor mechanism of Bufalin,so as to provide reference for further research and application.Methods:All published literatures on Bufalin drug research were retrieved from the Web of Science database,and the publication date,source journals,distribution of high-frequency subject words and publication of anti-cancer mechanism of the literature were analyzed by using the statistical function of the Web page of the database and CiteSpace 5.2 analysis software.Cluster analysis was carried out to analyze the research hotspots in this field.Results:465 articles about Bufalin were screened out,and more than 40 articles were published every year since 2014.Among them,21 journals were published in the core literature source journals,and the influencing factors were mostly 2~3 points.It is concluded that Bufalin can induce apoptosis and differentiation,inhibit proliferation,inhibit angiogenesis,reverse multidrug resistance and inhibit invasion.Its mechanism can be mediated by multiple signaling pathways,including PI3K-AKT,Hedgehog,MAPK,JNK,Wnt/beta-catenin,TGF-beta/Smad,Integrin signaling pathway and NF-κB signaling pathway.Conclusion:Through the quantitative analysis of Bufalin literature,we can reveal the research status and hot spots in this field,and provide some reference for further research.
