低温热处理对铁素体基体球墨铸铁组织和性能的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Low Temperature Heat Treatment on Microstructure and Property of Nodular Cast Iron with Ferritic Matrix

摘要 对铁素体基体球墨铸铁进行770℃低温热处理,分别保温0.5、1、2、3和4 h,对试样进行了组织分析和力学性能测试,研究了保温时间对球墨铸铁组织和性能的影响。结果表明,保温时间1 h,基体组织中出现极少量的珠光体,同时石墨球化程度得到改善,试样的硬度和强度有所提高;保温时间2 h以上时,随着保温时间的延长,石墨球及基体组织的脱碳程度加剧,并且晶粒有粗化的倾向,硬度和强度降低。 Low temperature heat treatment of nodular cast iron with ferritic matrix at 770℃for different holding time(0.5 h,1 h,2 h,3 h,4 h)was carried out.The effects of holding time on the microstructure and property were studied by the microstructure analyzsis and mechanical property test.The results show that,a very small amount of pearlite appears in the matrix at 1 h holding time,the degree of graphite spheroidization is improved and it has higher hardness and strength.When the holding time is more than 2 h,the decarburization of graphite balls and matrix increases,and the grain has the tendency of growing up.The hardness and strength of the specimen are reduced.
