西门塔尔牛杂交改良巴里坤县本地牛效果观察 被引量:10

Improvement Effect of Simmental Cattle Crossbreeding on Local Cattle in Balikun County

摘要 [方法]以巴里坤县本地母牛为研究对象,选用西门塔尔牛冻精,通过人工授精(AI)技术开展牛品种改良试验旨在研究西杂牛在当地生长状态和适应性。[结果]通过初生重、1月龄、2月龄、3月龄、6月龄、12月龄、18月龄体重测试与本地牛相比较差异显著(P<0.05);通过西杂牛与本地牛体尺初生、6月龄、12月龄、18月龄相比较提高5.28%,11.48%,10.75%,37.63%;分别对育肥牛进行屠宰试验,西本F1与本地牛胴体重分别为510.24 kg,370.37 kg,屠宰率分别为57.76%,49.18%差异极显著(P<0.01)。[结论]结果显示:采用西门塔尔牛与本地牛杂交生产,西杂F1表现为抗逆性好、生长速度快,说明西门塔尔牛与本地牛进行杂交用于舍饲肉牛生产或培育优质肉牛新品系具有明显优势,为今后拓展农区舍饲肉牛生产提供了科学依据。 [Method]This article takes the local cows in Balikun county as the research object,selecting Simmental cattle frozen semen,and conducting cattle breed improvement experiments through artificial insemination(AI)technology in order to study the growth status and adaptability of Simmental cattle crossbreeding on local cattle.[Result]Significant differences compared with local cattle by weight tests at birth,1 month,2 months,3 months,6 months,12 months,and 18 months(P<0.05);The weight of newborn,6-month-old,12-month-old,and 18-month-old have increased by 5.28%,11.48%,10.75%,and 37.63%compared to local cattle.Slaughter experiments were carried out on fattened cattle respectively.The weight of Hybrid F1 and local burdock were 510.24 kg and 370.37 kg,slaughter rate was 57.76%,49.18%,and the differences were significant(P<0.01).[Conclusion]Using Simmental and local cattle cross production,F1 individuals showed good resistance to stress and fast growth,indicating that The cross-breeding of Simmental and local cattle for the production of new-style beef cattle or breeding of high-quality beef cattle has obvious advantages,which provides a scientific basis for the future expansion of production of beef cattle in rural areas.
