平凉红牛杂交类群生长发育测定及肉用性能分析 被引量:8

摘要 [目的]探讨本地黄牛杂交改良效果,为平凉红牛新类群的选育和扩繁提供一定的依据。[方法]对秦川牛、本地黄牛、平凉红牛3个群体进行生长发育测定及屠宰试验。[结果]各测定月龄体重,平凉红牛都显著高于秦川牛和本地黄牛(P<0.05),增重速度快;各测定月龄体尺,以平凉红牛较高,体格增大、胸部变宽、管围变粗、体躯紧凑,较好的继承了其父本的肉用体型;平凉红牛宰前活重、屠宰率、净肉率、眼肌面积分别为590.00 kg、62.76%、52.90%、85.84 cm2,高档优质牛肉比例增加,均优于本地黄牛。[结论]利用秦川牛、利木赞牛、南德温牛与本地黄牛杂交,改良效果较好,可以明显提高本地黄牛的生产性能和肉用性能。 【Objective】The purpose was to find out the Crossbreeding effects of local yellow cattle and to provide related proofs for the breeding and popularizing of Pingliang red cattle.【Method】Determination of growth and development and slaughter experiment were carried on Qinchuan catlle,Local yellow cattle and Pingliang red cattle.【Result】The results showed that during the experiment the body weight gain of PingLiang red cattle was signifancantly higher than Qinchuan cattle and local yellow cattle(P〈0.05).The body sizes of PingLiang red cattle was higher than the other populations,whose physique increased,chest broadened,cannon girth turned thicker and soma was compact.The live weight at slaughter,carcass dressing percentage,meat percentage and eye area were 590.00 kg,62.76 %,52.90 %,85.84 cm2,respectively.The high-quality beef proportion increased.【Conclusion】Qinchuan cattle,Limousin cattle,South Devon should be promoted as paternal with better crossbreeding effects on improving local yellow cattle performance for future development.
