摘要
天然抗性相关巨噬蛋白(natural resistance-associated macrophage protein, Nramp)是一类广泛存在于植物中的金属转运蛋白,其主要参与植物对铁、锰、镉等金属离子的吸收和转运。目前,对于Nramp家族基因在植物体内的组织表达模式、亚细胞定位和金属离子运输专一性等方面的研究揭示了其在植物生长发育过程中的重要作用。本文综述了近年来Nramp基因在植物中的研究进展,分析和总结了Nramp家族基因参与植物吸收、积累和运输重金属的机制,拟为挖掘具有该调节功能的基因资源和培育高营养低积累重金属的优质农产品奠定基础。
The natural resistance-associated macrophage proteins(Nramps) constitute a large family that are evolutionarily conserved throughout organisms. Studies showed that Nramp members function as proton-coupled metal ion transporters that can transport Mn2+, Zn2+, Cu2+, Fe2+, Cd2+, etc. At present, studies focused on the expression pattern, subcellular localization and transport specificity of Nramp gene in plants, which indicated their pivotal roles in plant growth and development. In this paper, we review the recent advances of Nramp gene in plants. The purpose of this review is to discuss the functional mechanism of Nramp genes in plant absorption, accumulation and transportation of heavy metals, and to lay a foundation for the development of high-nutrient agricultural products with high nutrition and low accumulation heavy metal.
