摘要
目的评价复方甲氧那明胶囊治疗呼吸道感染后咳嗽的有效性及安全性。方法计算机检索PubMed、万方、维普、知网数据库,时间为自建库以来至2019年7月3日,纳入有关复方甲氧那明胶囊治疗呼吸道感染后咳嗽的随机对照试验,应用Revman 5.3进行数据分析。结果共有9项研究,合计1340例患者。Meta分析结果显示,治疗组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义[RR=1.15,95%CI(1.11,1.19),P<0.000 01];治疗组治疗后的咳嗽评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义[MD=-0.34,95%CI(-0.41,-0.28),P<0.000 01];两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义[RR=0.73,95%CI(0.37,1.47),P=0.38]。结论复方甲氧那明胶囊治疗呼吸道感染后咳嗽的效果确切,安全可靠,但由于现有研究的样本量小,质量不高,尚需要更多大样本、高质量、多中心的临床研究进行证实。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Compound Methenamin Capsules in the treatment of cough after respiratory infection.Methods Databases such as PubMed,Wanfang,CQVIP,and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)were searched by computer from the establishment to July 3,2019.The randomized controlled trials involving Compound Methenamin Capsules in the treatment of cough after respiratory infection were included,and Revman 5.3 was used for data analysis.Results There were 9 studies with a total of 1340 patients.Meta-analysis results showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(RR=1.15,95%CI[1.11,1.19],P<0.00001).The cough score of the treatment group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(MD=-0.34,95%CI[-0.41,-0.28],P<0.00001).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(RR=0.73,95%CI[0.37,1.47],P=0.38).Conclusion Compound Methenamin Capsules are effective and safe in the treatment of cough after respiratory infection.However,due to the small sample size and low quality of existing studies,more large-sample,high-quality and multi-center clinical studies are needed to confirm it.
