摘要
目的探讨小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合阿奇霉素对支原体肺炎(MP)患儿外周血免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白G(Ig G)的影响。方法选取2020年12月至2021年12月我院收治的200例MP患儿为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(100例,阿奇霉素治疗)与观察组(100例,小儿豉翘清热颗粒+阿奇霉素治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的咳嗽、发热、喘息、肺啰音持续时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的第1秒用力呼吸容积(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)及呼气峰流速(PEF)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的FEV_(1)、FVC、PEF大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)及白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的IgM及IgG水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合阿奇霉素治疗MP的效果显著,可改善患儿的临床症状、肺功能及免疫功能,降低机体的炎症反应,值得推广与应用。
Objective To investigate the effects of Xiao'er Chiqiao Qingre granules combined with azithromycin on peripheral blood immunoglobulin M(IgM)and immunoglobulin G(IgG)in children with mycoplasma pneumonia(MP).Methods A total of 200 children with MP admitted in our hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group(100 cases,azithromycin treatment)and observation group(100 cases,Xiao'er Chiqiao Qingre granules+azithromycin treatment).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The duration time of cough,fever,wheezing and lung rale in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1)),forced vital capacity(FVC)and peak expiratory flow(PEF)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,FEV_(1),FVC and PEF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interferon-γ(IFN-γ)and interleukin-8(IL-8)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IgM and IgG in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiao'er Chiqiao Qingre granules combined with azithromycin has a significant effect in the treatment of MP,it can improve the clinical symptoms,lung function and immune function of children,and reduce the inflammatory response of the body,which is worthy of promotion and application.
