摘要
结合国产350 MW超临界机组凝结水系统运行方式及设备特点分析溶氧超标的原因,逐项排查可能导致凝结水溶氧超标的原因,通过对凝结水泵机械密封水系统进行改造和运行方式调整降低溶氧水平。改造后,在各种负荷工况下,凝结水溶氧始终保持在10μg/L以下,优于国标对超临界机组凝结水溶氧要求(20μg/L),机组给水溶氧降至3μg/L以下,保障了机组长周期安全可靠经济运行。
Based on the mode of operation of the condensed water system of the domestic 350 MW supercritical unit and the characteristics of the equipment,this paper analyzes the causes of the excess of dissolved oxygen. By investigating possible causes item by item,the way of renovating the mechanical seal water system of the condensed water pump and adjusting the previous mode of operation has proved effective in reducing the level of dissolved oxygen.After the renovation,the level of dissolved oxygen in condensed water has been kept below 10 μg/L in different load conditions,which is superior to the national standard of 20 μg/L for supercritcal units. With the level being kept below 3 μg/L,long-term safe,reliable and economical operation of the unit can be guaranteed.
