摘要
目的:探讨“以问题为导向的教学法”(PBL)联合“以案例为基础的教学法”(CBL)与讲授式教学法(LBL)对神经内科住院医师规范化培训的应用效果。方法:选取2017~2018年在重庆大学附属中心医院神经内科学习的规培医师40名为研究对象,按照配对法并结合自愿的原则分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用PBL+CBL教学法,对照组采用LBL教学法,然后对两组行理论及操作实践考核,并对满意度及兴趣程度进行调查。结果:同对照组比较,观察组理论测试成绩、临床操作实践测试成绩以及满意度和(或)兴趣程度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PBL联合CBL能够改善神经内科规范化培训的教学效果。
Objective:To explore the effect of the teaching method of problem based learning(PBL)combined with case based learning(CBL)and lecture-based learning(LBL)in standardized training of neurological residents.Methods:Forty residents trained in the department of neurology in our hospital from 2017 to 2018 were enrolled in this study and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the pairing method and the principle of voluntariness.PBL combined with CBL teaching method was applied in the observation group,and LBL teaching method was ap-plied in the control group.The theoretical and practical examination scores were recorded as the as-sessment index,and then investigated the degree of satisfaction and interest.Results:The scores of theoretical test,clinical practice test and satisfaction/interest levels in the observation group were higher than those of the control group significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:PBL combined with CBL teaching method can improve the teaching effect of LBL training in r neurology.
