摘要
基于针入度评价体系和PG分级体系,研究了硫磺(SEAM)和SBS掺量对改性沥青高低温性能和流变特性的影响,进而通过室内试验研究了SEAM/SBS复合改性沥青混合料的路用性能。结果表明:SEAM/SBS复合改性沥青的针入度指标体系性能符合JTG F40-2004《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》要求;在3.5%SBS+(30%、40%)SEAM复配方案下,SEAM/SBS复合改性沥青具有良好的高低温性能和热贮存稳定性。与5%SBS改性沥青混合料相比,该SEAM/SBS复合改性沥青混合料的动稳定度对温度敏感性较低、对高温环境有极强的适应性,抗疲劳性能更优,同时水稳定性和低温抗裂性能相近。
Based on the penetration evaluation system and PG classification system,the effects of SEAM content and the SBS modifier dosage on the high and low temperature properties and rheological properties of the modified asphalt were studied.The road performance of SEAM/SBS composite modified asphalt mixture was studied through laboratory tests.The results show that the penetration index of SEAM/SBS composite modifier can meet the technical standard of JTG F40—2004 Technical Specification for Construction of Highway Asphalt Pavements.Under the 3.5%SBS+(30%,40%)SEAM compounding scheme,SEAM/SBS compound modified asphalt has outstanding high and low temperature properties and thermal storage stability.Compared with 5%SBS modified asphalt mixture,SEAM/SBS composite modified asphalt mixture has lower sensitivity to temperature,high adaptability to high temperature environment,better fatigue durability,and the water stability and low temperature crack resistance is close.
