摘要 硫磺作为一种廉价高效的粘结材料,因具有优异的性能而在沥青改性领域得到了重点关注,可显著提高改性沥青的相容性、高温性能、抗疲劳性能以及混合料的路用性能,有望解决部分传统改性沥青热存储稳定性不良的问题。本文系统综述了硫磺以及复合硫磺改性沥青近些年的研究进展,从单一硫磺改性剂的角度,简要评述了硫磺改性沥青的流变及混合料路用性能;然后从复合硫磺改性剂角度,先对废旧胶粉、苯乙烯⁃丁二烯⁃苯乙烯(SBS)、聚辛烯以及脱硫胶粉作为沥青改性剂面临的问题进行了详细综述,接着从制备工艺、改性效果以及改性机理角度对加入硫磺复合前后的改性沥青进行了对比分析;最后针对目前硫磺改性沥青领域存在的问题进行了简要总结。 Sulfur,as a cheap and efficient binder,has been paid more attention in the field of asphalt modification because of its excellent performance,which can significantly improve the compatibility,high temperature performance,anti⁃fatigue performance of modified asphalt and the road performance of mixture,and is expected to solve the problem of poor thermal storage stability of some traditional modified asphalt.In this paper,the research progress of sulfur and composite sulfur modified asphalt in recent years is systematically reviewed.From the perspective of single sulfur modifier,the rheology and pavement performance of sulfur modified asphalt are briefly reviewed;then,from the point of composite sulfur modifier,the problems faced by waste rubber powder,styrene⁃butadiene⁃styrene(SBS),polyoctene and desulfurized rubber powder as asphalt modifier were reviewed in detail,and then the modified asphalt before and after adding sulfur was compared and analyzed from the aspects of preparation process,modification effect and modification mechanism;finally,the existing problems in the field of sulfur modified asphalt are briefly summarized.
