摘要
目的探讨妊娠期高血压病患者经硫酸镁、阿司匹林(小剂量)联合治疗的效果以及预后价值。方法于本院2017年4月至2018年4月内接收的妊娠期高血压病患者中选取62例并采用随机数字表法进行分组,观察组与对照组各31例。对照组仅接受硫酸镁治疗,观察组接受硫酸镁、阿司匹林(小剂量)联合治疗。对比经治疗3 d后对比两组临床疗效,并观察治疗前后血压水平变化情况以及治疗后临床各指标水平情况、不良反应发生情况。结果①观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,P<0.05。②观察组治疗后收缩压、舒张压水平较对照组与治疗前均更低,P<0.05。③观察组治疗后治疗后尿酸、尿蛋白、尿素氮、血液黏度、血细胞比容水平均低于对照组,P<0.05。④观察组治疗后总不良反应发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论妊娠期高血压病患者在接受硫酸镁治疗的基础上加以小剂量阿司匹林治疗效果更为理想,且安全性更高,可有效改善患者血压水平以及临床各指标,具有较高实用价值。
Objective To investigate the effect and prognosis of hypertensive patients during pregnancy treated with magnesium sulfate and aspirin.Methods 62 patients with gestational hypertension received in the hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were grouped by random numerical tables,and 31 cases were observed and controlled.The control group was treated only with magnesium sulfate,and the observation group was treated with magnesium sulfate and aspirin(small dose).The clinical effects of the two groups were compared after 3D treatment,and the changes of blood pressure level before and after treatment were observed.Results(1)The total effective rate of 1 group was significantly higher than that of control group,P<0.05.(2)There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment,and the levels of systolic pressure and diastolic pressure were lower in the observation group than in the control group and before treatment,and P<0.05.(3)Observation group after the treatment of uric acid,uric protein,urea nitrogen,blood viscosity,blood cells than the control group on average,P<0.05.(4)The incidence of total adverse reactions was lower in the observation group than in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The treatment effect of low-dose aspirin is more ideal and more safe for hypertensive patients during pregnancy,which can effectively improve blood pressure level and clinical indexes,and has higher practical value.
