摘要
饲料中添加溶菌酶可增加畜禽免疫力并提高生产性能,研究表明,溶菌酶通过改性等处理可增加其抑菌范围、提高畜禽非特异性免疫功能。文章通过对溶菌酶研究与实践的体会并结合文献报道,从溶菌酶概述、溶菌酶在畜禽生产中的应用及发展趋势等方面进行阐述,以期为新型绿色饲料添加剂研发提供参考。
Adding lysozyme in feed can increase immunity of livestock and poultry and improve the production performance, the research showed that lysozyme by modification treatment can increase the scope of its antibacterial, improve livestock nonspecific immune function. According to the research experience of lysozyme research and practice and combined with literature reports, the paper expounds lysozyme overview, lysozyme application and development trend in livestock and poultry production, etc., in order to provide reference for the research and development of new green feed additives.
