试验研究添加不同水平的精氨酸(Arg)对仔猪生长性能的影响。试验选取24头仔猪,分为3组,每组4个重复。以液体日粮为基础日粮,对照组饲喂基础日粮,两个试验组分别在基础日粮中添加0.25%、0.50%的Arg。试验时间为14 d。结果表明,Arg的添加可改善仔猪生产性能。仔猪日粮中添加0.50%和0.25%的Arg能极显著(P<0.01)提高平均日增重或显著提高采食量(P<0.05)、增重比(P<0.05)。仔猪断奶21~28 d的试验中,0.25%Arg处理组的料重比(F/G)与对照组和0.50%Arg处理组比较分别显著降低20.03%、20.34%(P<0.05)。仔猪断奶28~35 d的试验中,0.25%Arg处理组较对照组也显著降低(P<0.05),比0.50%Arg处理组降低14%,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验结束后,与对照组相比,添加0.25%Arg的处理组和0.50%Arg处理组的仔猪血液中的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性分别提高了5.21%、7.29%和11.46%、11.27%,丙二醛(MDA)含量也有降低趋势,总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)也分别显著提高6.64%和5.90%。因此,添加0.25%Arg水平能够改善仔猪的生长性能,提高饲料利用率,添加Arg可以提高机体的抗氧化能力。
The experiment investigated the effect of adding different levels of arginine(Arg) on the performance of piglets. Liquid diet was used as the basal diet. The experiment chose 24 piglets which were invided into three groups, with four replicates in each group. The control group used the basal diet, and the two experimental groups added 0.25% and 0.50% of Arg, respectively. The test time was 14 days. The results showed that the addition of arginine can improve the performance of piglets. Adding 0.50% and 0.25% Arg to piglet diet can significantly improve the ADG(P<0.01), ADFI(P<0.05), weight gain ratio(P<0.05). In the experiment of weaning piglets for 21~28 days, the F/G of 0.25% Arg treatment group was significantly lower 20.03%, 20.34%(P<0.05) than that of the control group and 0.50% Arg treatment group. In the experiment of weaning piglets for 28~35 days, the 0.25% Arg treatment group was also significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05), compared with 0.50% Arg treatment group, the difference was not significant(P>0.05). After the test, compared with control group, the activity of GSH-Px and SOD in blood of piglets treated with 0.25% Arg and 0.50% Arg increased 5.21%, 7.29% and 11.46%, 11.27%(P<0.05);T-AOC increased 6.64% and 5.90%(P<0.05), MDA also has a downward trend. It was included that adding 0.25% Arg can improve the growth performance of piglets and improve feed utilization. Adding Arg can improve the antioxidant capacity of the body.
