摘要
传统时代的农业保险已经无法跟上大数据时代的步伐。本文结合大数据的特征,探讨大数据为农业保险监管手段、服务模式带来新的改变。但保险公司、政府部门数据处理能力不足导致大数据的利用存在一定困难。为应对挑战,抓住机遇,在数据时代下,可以从监管手段、信息安全、新技术的应用、复合型人才的培养四个方面出发,积极探索适应大数据时代的农业保险发展路径。
The traditional era of agricultural insurance has been unable to keep pace with the big data era.Combined with the characteristics of big data,this paper discusses the big data for agricultural insurance supervision means,service model to bring new changes.However,the lack of data processing ability of insurance companies and government departments leads to some difficulties in the use of big data.To respond to the challenges and seize the opportunity,we can actively explore the development path of agricultural insurance in the era of big data from the following four aspects,i.e.the means of supervision,information security,application of new technology and compound talents training.
