摘要
针对燃气蒸汽联合循环电站中燃气轮机燃烧室故障问题,采用相似度分析法,并结合非线性状态估计技术进行燃烧室故障预警研究。首先,根据现场实时数据构建燃烧室正常运行状态的多元状态估计模型,对所采集的待观测值进行最优估计以得到估计值,估计值与观测值之间的偏差可以体现燃烧室内部工作是否正常。然后,引入相似性衡量观测值与估计值的相似程度,用于判断燃烧室的运行状态,形成预警信息,用以提醒工作人员是否需要检修。最后,以燃气轮机的燃烧器积碳故障为例,验证了该算法的有效性。
Aiming at the problem of gas turbine combustion chamber failure in gas-steam combined cycle power plant,the similarity analysis method is used,and the nonlinear state estimation technology is combined to conduct combustion chamber fault warning research.Firstly,the MSET model of the normal operating state of the combustion chamber is constructed based on the real-time data on the site.The acquired values to be observed are optimally estimated to obtain the estimated value.The deviation between the estimated value and the observed value can reflect the state of the internal combustion of the combustion chamber.Then the similarity is introduced to measure the similarity between the observed value and the estimated value,which is used to judge the operating state of the combustion chamber,and form an early warning message to remind the staff for maintenance.Finally,taking the carbon deposit fault of the gas turbine as an example,the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified.
